For this position the applicants having the skills and ability of credit assessment with high consent/compliance standard is a must for the position of assistant to supervisor. The applicant must have good knowledge of recovery process, Legal provision related to recovery and also should be able to deal with clients for effective recovery management.
Required work experience, education and other criteria for different positions
Assistant Level (Assistant / Senior Assistant / Supervisor)
- Required minimum education level if 10+2 but Bachelor's degree is preferable in the relevant subject.
- Should be currently working in any A/B/C class bank or financial institution in at least immediate lower position also should posses minimum of 2 years of banking experience in relevant field.
- Local candidates having two wheeler driving license is given priority.
- The age of the candidate should not be exceeding 35 years ( for female applicants additional 5 years will be considered) as on the deadline of the application.
Officer level (Junior Officer / Officer)
- Applicant should be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Applicant should have minimum of 2 years of experience in banking field of finance department of any A/B/C class bank and financial institution OR should have three years of experience in an Audit firm of Nepal,
- The age of the applicant should not be exceeding 40 years (for female candidates additional 5 years can be considered) as on deadline of the application.
